Exercise Gives You Endorphins – Endorphins Make You Happy – Happy People Don’t Kill Their Husbands

Following my most recent honest outburst, my moods took a temporary nose dive and the ability to motivate myself and wear my happy face became a hard task.

I have always managed to snap myself out of such things quickly before, so I knew I needed to try some new things. The obvious being exercise.

I am generally quite a healthy person, I eat rubbish and I love a Nando’s, but the main thing was to get myself moving.

The boy and I have started running and I have already started to notice a change in my emotional state. With this in mind, I have decided to jump in fully and not hold back. I have bought new running attire as well as a pedometer for everyday use and to keep myself on track throughout the day.

I am hoping this, along with the morning sun making an appearance back in my life, is going to be a massive step back to the positive me.

I am also trying to be a lot more knowledgeable about what I am putting into my body as I know this can also affect my moods. I am eating a lot more fruit (in the form of smoothies) and not having so much processed food, I am preparing my lunches at home weekly and taking them into work.

I will keep you posted on how this continues and hopefully you will be reading a lot more now.
