Luton’s new manager will take charge today following Tuesday’s defeat at Braintree where John Still ‘felt like a fan’ in the stands watching but being able to do nothing.
After revealing he was ‘too excited to sleep’ in the run up to his first training session with Luton Town the new gaffer is planning big changes where necessary.
He said: “I’ll sit down one-on-one with the players and outline the John Still way. I’ll tell them how John Still works. If it’s not for them they can tell me and we’ll make other arrangements.”
In the first of many ‘Still-isms’ John said: “Here’s a saying for you: ‘you can’t be a little bit pregnant’ –you’re either with me or you’re not. If you are you’re going to enjoy fantastic success.”
One definite change to Tuesdays side that faced Braintree will be Wayne Thomas as he serves the first of his three match ban after an ‘inconclusive’ red card.
