Time spent down there really does fly, especially when you're so productive. I enjoy going down there as it gets me outside and I love watching the progress and everything begins to grow.
I am a firm believer that a plant that is sung to grows a lot better, so we made use of one of the boys birthday presents and had Frank Turner playing out of the speaker. (I am in love with the speaker and will be doing another post about just how amazing it is!)
When we got home, the bike needed cleaning so the boy took himself into the back garden and surrounded himself in more Muc-Off products than I knew existed.
I wouldn't admit it but the bike did look new when he had finished. I was sure I could see myself in the suspension forks.
I managed to sneak a few photos as he was washing, the water looked great as it caught the light splashing down. They are not the best quality as they were taken on my phone but I was quite pleased.
I will make sure to take some pictures of the allotment when everything is growing.
