It’s Just All So Cute

Anxiously waiting for the arrival of Baby Humphries (yes I know there are still 6 months to go) has led to A LOT of baby shopping. And I know I promised this will not become a baby blog, and it won’t, but recently I have found some super cute (and purse friendly) goodies.

If you are already a Mummy, if you are soon to be a Mummy, or if you (like me) are a very exited soon to be Auntie, check out what I bought recently.

The first things I bought were nappies, not the most exciting but there was an amazing deal at Boots where I got 132 nappies for just £6.38 as they have a massive baby event where many essentials are 3 for 2.

Boring stuff over and onto the cute presents; I took a trip to TK Maxx and walked out with the cutest owl grobag, the softest owl swaddle blanket, a set of green blankets and a pair of wooden Gruffalo bookends.

I would really recommend a grobag; they are basically a baby sleeping bag but have proven themselves to be the safest way to put your baby to sleep. There are now hundreds of differentiations on the original grobag but with the authentic grobag you also get a baby thermometer to monitor the baby when they’re asleep.

The blankets were too cute to leave in the shop, and they were reduced so I just had to put them in the basket! The swaddle blanket is honestly one of the softest things I have ever felt and think Baby Humphries will look so cute all wrapped up in it.

The Gruffalo book ends are neutral and will look great in a little niece or nephews nursery. The Gruffalo was one of my favourite books growing up and I am hoping to pass this down to Baby Humphries so we can enjoy the stories together.
