Travelling alone can be a whole mix of emotions ranging from terrifying, boring, tiring, confusing and lonely. To combat some of these I made my friend a little travel buddy bag and included all of the things I thought she would need on her 9 hour flight.

A while ago my sister was told she couldn’t eat gluten and as much as she tries to follow the rules one thing she does miss is cheesecake.
