I brought my Mum here for a couple of days for part of her Christmas present and we have only just arrived so I can’t tell you much more. But like I said yesterday; watch this space!
I am feeling slightly better today (mainly down to excitement and not actual recovery) but it is very nearly Christmas so there really is no time for self-pity. Today I realised I have yet to write a single Christmas card so my plan, hopefully, for a few quiet moments when I am here is to get started on them.
I really do enjoy writing and giving Christmas cards so it is definitely not a chore, it feels like Christmas has seriously just crept up on me this year and the time I have left in which to write and deliver cards is decreasing rapidly.
I love all Christmas cards from the very traditional religious styles to the funny cartoon ones. I enjoy picking out individual cards for my friends and family that I think they will love and actually want to put up in their house.
I really cannot wait to let you in on all the secrets that the next few days has in store so expect lots of updates and I hope you are enjoying the run up to Christmas as much as me.
